The location of our apartments is ideal for skiers. When covered with snow, the lawn behind the house provides direct access to the slopes and allows you to return to the chalet on skis.

Ski lift no. 18 is about a five-minute walk away. The Carosello 3000 ski area can be reached directly on skis, while the Mottolino Fun Mountain ski area is just under three kilometres away.

For convenient transport, the ski bus stop is located a few steps from the house and takes you directly to the ski lifts.

The pedestrian centre of Livigno, with its shops and bars, is a 7-minute walk away.

Alternatively, the bus service has a stop nearby and connects the different areas of the town.
